Voynexa ("we", "us", "our") operates voynexa-travel.com, a website that showcases curated travel destinations, helps you plan trips, and connects you with flight-search tools provided by our booking partners.

2. Our Role

Voynexa acts as a travel content and enquiry platform. For destination packages, we assist with planning and put you in touch with the relevant arrangements based on your enquiry. For flights, the search and booking is completed through our booking partner's own platform (accessed via the Flights page) - Voynexa itself does not process flight payments or issue tickets.

3. Enquiries & Communication

• Submitting the Contact/Enquiry form does not confirm a booking - it's a request for us to get in touch with options and pricing.
• We'll usually respond by email, phone, or WhatsApp using the details you provide.
• Please provide accurate information so we can assist you properly.

4. Bookings & Payments

• Any package pricing, itinerary, and payment terms we share with you following an enquiry will be confirmed separately before you pay anything.
• Flights searched or booked via the Flights page are handled entirely by our booking partner under their own terms, pricing, and payment process. Please review their terms before booking.
• We are not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, or service failures of independent third parties such as airlines, hotels, or booking partners.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation and refund terms for any package booked through Voynexa directly will be shared with you in writing at the time of booking confirmation, and those terms will govern that booking.
• Flights or other services booked through a third-party partner are subject to that partner's own cancellation and refund policy, not Voynexa's.
• We recommend considering travel insurance for unexpected changes to your plans.

6. Website Content

We try to keep destination information, pricing indications, and offers up to date, but prices, availability, and offers can change without notice and should be reconfirmed with us before you make travel plans. Content on this site (text, design, and images) belongs to Voynexa or its respective owners and should not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Images & Copyright

Destination photos on this website are used for illustrative purposes and are sourced from a mix of our own content, content shared by our partners, free-to-use / royalty-free stock photo platforms (such as Unsplash), and images created using AI generation tools. Where images are AI-generated, they are intended to give a general visual feel for a destination and may not be an exact, literal depiction of a specific location, property, or view. Please confirm specific property, resort, or landmark details with us directly before booking. We make a good-faith effort to only use images we're licensed, permitted, or otherwise entitled to use.

If you are a copyright holder and believe an image on this website has been used without proper permission, please email us at travelwithvoynexa@gmail.com with (a) a description and URL of the image in question, and (b) proof or a good-faith statement of ownership. We will review your notice promptly and remove or replace the image if your claim is valid.

8. Customer Reviews & Testimonials

Reviews, testimonials, or feedback screenshots displayed on this website (including those shared with us via WhatsApp or other messaging platforms) are published only with the reviewer's knowledge and consent, and we take reasonable care to avoid publishing personal contact details (such as phone numbers) visible within a screenshot. If you have shared a review with us and would like it removed, corrected, or anonymised, please email travelwithvoynexa@gmail.com and we will act on your request promptly.

9. Affiliate & Partner Links

Our Flights page and similar features may use widgets or links from partners such as Travelpayouts, Aviasales, or Kiwi.com. Some destination pages may also include product recommendation links to third-party marketplaces (such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, or Decathlon) for items that may be useful for that trip. We may earn a commission when you search, book, or purchase through these links, at no extra cost to you.
